Warranty
The warranty on spare parts is the possibility of returning them within 14 days from the moment of receipt, provided they are free from damage or signs of use. Since delivery to Ukraine takes some time, you will have about 5 days to install and inspect the part.
Used parts may have signs of use or storage, scratches, chips, dirt, minor defects that do not affect functionality, signs of repair, or lack of original numbers. The warranty for checking used parts is only provided if the seller has confirmed it.
Returns
Returns or exchanges of goods are carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” and the rules of the Allegro online auction. When returning, please note that the cost of delivery in both directions is not compensated, only the cost of the product itself is refunded.
Keep all documents, follow the warranty conditions, and observe the operating rules. It is recommended to install parts only in qualified workshops or at authorized service centers.
Body parts (doors, hoods, bumpers, etc.) are ordered exclusively for painting, as transportation may affect the condition of the paintwork.
Selection of used body parts by color is not possible.
Electronic parts with serial numbers that do not match the order are not eligible for return.
Spare parts for electrical equipment are not covered by warranty. We cannot check their working condition before shipment, and incorrect connection may damage the part.
The warranty period begins when the spare part arrives at the transport company’s branch. Even the time it is stored at the branch is considered.
